Registration for the 2012 season will be held on the following dates at the Encino Park Community Center:

March 25, Sunday, 4:00pm – 6:00pm (for EP residents ONLY)

March 29, Thursday, 6:00pm – 8:00pm (for EP residents AND last year team members)

April 1, Sunday, 4:00pm – 6:00pm (for EP residents AND non-residents)

Please note that we have a maximum numbers of swimmers per age group we can take. Certain age groups may be full by the third registration date.

Please bring the completed registration form(s) with you to registration.

TEAM REQUIRMENTS: Swimmer must be at least 5 years old and no older than 18 on June 1, 2012.  Swimmer must be able to swim the length of the pool by the end of the 2^nd week of practice.  The Head Coach makes the final decision regarding the swimmers’ ability.  If the coach decides a swimmer does not meet the requirement, registration fee will be refunded in full.

FEES:  $85 per child for EP Residents; $110 per child for Non EP Residents.  The 4^th child and above in any family will be charged only half of the registration fee.  Cash and checks payable to EPHOA are accepted.

LATE FEE:  A $25/swimmer late fee applies to all registrations after April 7, 2012.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 7, 2012. No registrations accepted after this date.

REFUND POLICY:  50% of the registration fee is refundable if you withdraw from the team on or before May 15, 2012.  There are no refunds after May 15, 2012

DONATION: Each swimmer must donate one 12 pack of either water, Coke, Diet Coke, Dr. Pepper or Sprite.  These will be used at our home meets concession stand.

Practice begins on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 and the season ends on July 1, 2012 with our championship meet. Our end of season party will be held on Monday July 2.

·         July 1 (Sun): Div A Champ Meet @ Josh Davis. 12 noon

TEAM T-SHIRTS

We are continuing the tradition of letting the children design the team t-shirt.  Children can draw their design freehand or use a computer.  Simply submit their designs during any of the three registration dates.  Please put your name on the entry either on the backside or on a separate piece of paper since the voting process is anonymous.  The deadline is the third registration date, April 1, 2012.
